What brand of denim does KissMyDenim use?
KissMyDenim uses all retro denim brands such as Levi, Calvin Klein, Wrangler, Guess, Lee, Bongo and Gap.

Are KissMyDenim jeans/shorts highwaist?
Yes all jeans/shorts are highwaist unless specified on product description as otherwise.

Do KissMyDenim jeans/shorts stretch?
No, KissMyDenim jeans do not stretch, unless specified. They are all 100% cotton.

What size should I order?
Please refer to size chart. All jeans and shorts run by waist measurements in inches.

How can I place a custom order?
For custom orders please visit the CUSTOM KISS MY DENIM tab.

Do you make plus size shorts/jeans?
Yes, you can order on the CUSTOM KISS MY DENIM tab.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All in stock items will be shipped in 3-5 business days after placing an order. All custom orders take 2 weeks because they are hand made specifically for each customer. Orders are shipped Priority Mail by USPS. Priority mail takes 2-3 business days.

Does KissMyDenim ship outside is the US?
Yes, International shipping is available.

Are KissMyDenim jeans/shorts made by a manufacture?
No all jeans/shorts are distressed, dyed, studded and spiked by hand by Jasmine Martinez - J'Mar.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have any problems with your order please email kissmydenim@gmail.com to get your issue resolved.

What is your return/exchange policy?
No refunds, exchange only. Items must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached.

1) Shipping Questions:

What is the shipping Cost?

Our shipping cost is on an order by order basis. After your order is complete, the check out process will generate a total.

What places do Kiss My Denim Boutique ship?

We ship nation-wide and international.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery, depending on the garments complexity. When your order is in stock all orders placed before 6pm go out same day.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. Your Confirmation Email will be sent when you package is on the way, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

 


2) Return Policy :

Returns:
We currently do not have a return policy. All sales are final. If you find that you do have an issue with your item. Please feel free to contact us at : kissmydenim@gmail.com with any questions regarding your item under extreme circumstances.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We do not accept returns for refunds or credits. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Right now everything is on "Preorder" and each item is made for each customer. We can not exchange for sizes.

3) Order Terms

When an Item is on Back Order:
We will let you know immediately when an item is on back order via email. You also will be allowed to exchange for a different item in our collection or wait until that item comes in.

PREORDER:
When an item is on pre-order the timeframe can take up to three weeks for your item to be shipped. If you have any questions email us at kissmydenim@gmail.com with the subject line: PREORDER. PreOrder EMAILS are only sent when your item has shipped. If for any reason there is an issue regarding your order well we notify you via email about your order.


Why/What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To personalize your experience
(your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.


4) Inventory:

It is showing that you do not have an item in my size?
We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please add your e-mail to the mailing list to receive product release updates.
